Envy

Keyword: Envy

So, I’m green with envy. Envy and sadness. Ewww…I hate these feelings. The feelings are a result of some family members getting to do something that I’ve always wanted to do. They are taking a weekend trip to New York City. *sigh* Maybe I’ll get to go for Thanksgiving. Doubt it, but I’ve wished this every year since I was 10 years old. *double sigh*

I’m happy for them, and at the same time, I worry about them, too. None of them has ever been on an airplane and these country bumpkins have never been to such a big city before, either. Please be careful.

Kittens

My mama cat had kittens a couple of months ago, and she finally brought them around for me to see. One is gray striped and the other one is white with black ears and nose. I got close enough to take a pic of the white one the other day, but it's kind of blurry. The photo not the kitten =P Tonight I finally gained it's trust enough and I got to pick him up =) He even let me put him on his back so I could rub his belly. Now that's either trusting or stupid. Hmmm...he may just be a special kitty. I love kitties!!!
